The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at Sukko Spa is located at the Sukko Spa Resort on Chaofa West Road, almost adjacent to the Phuket Snake Show. The focus is on Ashtanga Yoga which involves breathing, posture and concentration, there are various stages from beginner to advanced, so there is a practice to suit all persons and levels. There are two types of classes. Led classes, where the teacher leads the class and instructs on poses and Mysore classes, which give students an opportunity to practice at their own pace and level, yet also be in a class with other students, and also have the advice of a teacher.
