Chinpracha House or Baan Chinpracha is a well kept, historic, interesting, filled with original furniture and fittings, old Sino Portuguese House. Only the ground floor is open to the public, as the upper floor is still occupied by the owner. The ground floor contains two bedrooms, a hall, kitchen, a dining room and a small inner courtyard. It is like a cross between visiting a small museum and viewing a private house. Chinpracha House is located in Old Phuket Town on Krabi Road, a few metres from the Blue Elephant and Cooking School. It is closed on Sunday and there is a small entrance charge.
