The end of Cape Panwa Village on the corner of Sakdidej Rd, opposite to the Thai Naval Base, the Keang Lay Restaurant serves Thai and seafood dishes. This part open-air, unassuming restaurant has large wooden tables, heavy large chairs, simple decor and sea views. Some of the items on the menu include BBQ Fish, Grilled Prawns, Steamed Fish With Lemon, Green Curry Chicken Soup and Fried Morning Glory. Beers, soft drinks, cocktails and a limited selected of wines are also available.
