Owned and run by Pat Tienthong who is fluent in English and has been in California for 8 years as a chef. Pat's Home traditional Thai cooking classes and catering is held in the owner's properties, one is city house near Phuket Town and the other is a bungalow style on a hill overlooking andaman sea. Normal cooking class is done in city house while private classes are optional between city or mountain side property. Here you will learn from Ms. Pat about her special secrets of preparing and cooking authentic and tasty Thai food. Traditional cooking culinary and special techniques which are easy to understand will be used in every class. Students who wish to spend more time with cooking and relaxation, Pat's bed and breakfast which is Balinese-Thai style bungalows are available for rent.
