Recommended for those seeking authentic Thai food, the Tawai Thai Restaurant and Cooking School is located on Lagoon Road, at the entrance of Laguna Resort Phuket. It's sited inside a traditional Thai wooden house, that is set in a tropical garden and is tastefully decorated with d? art objects. They also have a lovely covered out door garden dinning area. All dishes are cooked in original ways, using fresh ingredients and seasoning and spices are adjusted to suit all palates. They also hold cooking courses for both Thais and foreigners, run by an experienced, knowledgeable Thai Chef. Classes are aimed to be fun, enjoyable and interesting. At the end of the cooking course participates will be presented with a certificate recognize by Thailand Ministry of Education.
