The Tourist Police Ofice in Kamala is located in front of the Chalermprakiat 100 Years Park on Rim Hat Road. There are English-speaking officers on duty that can assist and advice tourists. They can advise regarding contacting local authorities, fraud, personal rights, road traffic fine and accidents, theft, disputes with hotels or shop keepers and writing out reports for insurance companies. It is open 24 hours, everyday.
