The Viet Van Phuket is a Volkswagen Camper Van that has been converted into a trendy food truck. They sell a range of Vietnamese dishes, including Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls and their signature Banh Mi which is a small, crusty baguette, that is cut open lengthwise and filled with a variety of savory, vegetables, salad and meat ingredients, served with various sauces. Viet Van has an outdoor seating area and is located in Rawai, on Soi Saiyuan 7, at the junction with Soi Saiyuan. It is a few metres from the Orchid Guest House and Saiyuan Cafe & Gallery.
